Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechatronics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and prioritize work.
• Willingness to work overtime or adjust shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Maintenance with daily priorities, work assignments, team coverage, and response to issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, providing direction and safety-focused supervision.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls).
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are planned, documented, and continuously improved to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
• Partner with production, engineering, and leadership to prioritize maintenance work and support business needs.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, equipment, and facility systems for appearance, function, safety, and readiness.
• Provide technical guidance for diagnosing and repairing ductwork, plumbing, minor electrical systems.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment docs to support troubleshooting and projects.
• Use PLCs and related controls knowledge to troubleshoot and modify logic as appropriate.
• Support quality by ensuring equipment adjustments, inspections, and measurements are precise.
• Maintain OSHA and HALCON safety compliance and address hazards promptly.
• Keep asset records and related documentation up to date.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation.
• Work both independently and with the team with urgency, professionalism, and ownership.
