Job summary

PF Holdings in Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct day-to-day maintenance activities, ensure a safe working environment, and drive preventative maintenance efforts and major repair initiatives for heavy industrial equipment.

You will supervise and train the maintenance team, assign duties, review work orders, and report progress to management while emphasizing PPE, EHS compliance, and continuous improvement in reliability.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of advanced experience with preventive maintenance strategies and major repair initiatives.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience in a maintenance capacity.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and heavy machinery functions.
• OSHA safety knowledge and best practices to ensure safe maintenance.
• Ability to organize and coordinate maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day maintenance activities and supervise the maintenance team.
• Train and direct the work activities of maintenance staff; assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Maintain, repair, and optimize large scale industrial equipment; manage preventative maintenance operations.
• Ensure PPE and EHS requirements are communicated and followed; enforce safety practices.
