Job summary

DT Midstream Inc in Mansfield, LA, seeks a Manager, Maintenance to oversee all facets of site maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance for a broad range of equipment. You will lead planning, reliability programs, and coordinate with operations to maximize asset availability.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, plus knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo) and advanced computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computer software: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, CAD, and Outlook.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in silica-sand production preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance facilities preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of dredge systems, pumps, conveyors, screening systems, dryers, and electrical equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of Maximo CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute role and responsibilities in a Safe, Caring, Dependable, and Efficient manner.
• Directly supervises maintenance activities through respective Supervisor(s).
• Assures that Safety and Environmental standards are prominent in the Operations environment, including Safety Meetings.
• Develop and maintain complete preventative and corrective maintenance plans for mine and sand processing facility.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, and contractors.
• Prioritize and schedule daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance tasks to support operational uptime.
• Coordinate third party maintenance services, equipment rebuilds, and major overhauls.
• Source and manage critical spare parts inventories.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to optimize plant performance.
• Assist the Plant Manager and Operations Manager with annual maintenance budget preparation and updates.
