Job summary

SNF Holding Company in Plaquemine, LA is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead safety‑driven, scheduled, and break‑in maintenance execution. You will supervise Maintenance Supervisors and coordinate with Planning, Scheduling, Reliability, Operations and contractors to keep equipment in service.

You will drive productivity, enforce maintenance processes, and investigate failures while ensuring permits, documentation and compliance are maintained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years supervisory/maintenance leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP CMMS or similar maintenance systems.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule and operational priorities.
