Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in a related craft is required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated supervisory experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Advanced electrical knowledge is required.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing is required.
• Advanced mechanical skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety practices are required.
• Able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Enter data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform yard, janitorial maintenance, and snow removal as required.
• Maintain and verify company assets.
• Assist Safety Department as needed.
• Direct and supervise 1-5 Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform other related duties as required.
