Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Advanced electrical knowledge is required.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing is required.
• Advanced mechanical skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety practices are required.
• Able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.

SUMMARY

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a proven ability to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess advanced knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met. To be considered, candidates must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) as well as previous Maintenance and supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with management and other employees to achieve goals
• Demonstrated ability to support, promote, and adhere to the Westerman philosophy and Code of Conduct
• Driving is an essential function of the job; clean driving record is required
• May require CPR and first aid training

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift
• Must be able to exert moderate to heavy physical effort with lifting requirement up to 50 pounds
