Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in production machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automation systems to ensure optimum performance and safety.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, ensuring smooth product movement.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of all maintenance work, including parts used and time spent.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
