Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and CMMS.
• Ability to interpret schematics, troubleshoot equipment problems, and prioritize repairs.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $92,000–$130,000/year

We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager for an established manufacturing company. This role will lead a technical maintenance team and keep production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills and a technical background in industrial machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
