Sysco is seeking a Maintenance Manager in New Jersey to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance, including planned and unplanned repairs, utilities and fleet-related tasks. The role requires leading multi-shift teams, implementing preventive and predictive strategies and driving equipment reliability across the site.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong leadership, and a track record of safety and cost control.

Competenze

• Seven+ years leading maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Ten+ years of equipment/facility maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience with project management, capital improvements and budget management.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Mansioni

• Lead safety in the department and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC and local regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, repair and reliability of production equipment, utilities and MHE.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and manage headcount and schedules.
• Manage budgets, PM task lists, and parts/inventory in CMMS.
• Lead capital projects from proposal to commissioning.
