Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Fruitland, ID is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct all maintenance functions, manage budgets, and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment.

You will lead a team, schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate rebuilds, ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, and partner with other leaders to control costs and support plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of plant production systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and implements maintenance programs for building and machinery.
• Supervises maintenance staff and ensures training and performance management.
• Plans and coordinates equipment rebuilds and overhauls.
• Maintains accurate department records and budgets.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
