A leading company in the pet food industry is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Dallas to oversee maintenance operations at their production facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and leadership, focusing on efficiency and quality improvements.
CSG Talent is hiring a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance efforts at a pet food production facility for a high growth, PE backed pet food manufacturer. We're looking for someone with existing experience relating to project management, reliability processes & metrics.
The role will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running & accurate, high quality output of the site, working collaboratively with plant team members, working on multiple exciting projects to continually improve the performance of the site.
What You'll Do
Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment running efficiently.
Lead and support the maintenance team, ensuring strong performance and development.
Regularly inspect serviced equipment to confirm work quality and operational readiness.
Organize staffing schedules, including for off-hours coverage and planned shutdowns.
Oversee the work order system for tracking tasks and parts usage, ensuring timely completion and record-keeping.
What You'll Bring
5-10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or general industrial maintenance within food or pet food related settings.
At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to train, coach, and manage team members.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
