Job Summary

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the management and operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage team hiring, development, communication, performance reviews, and overall team responsibilities
• Organize and manage daily office activities, projects, vendor contracts, and internal communications
• Handle vendor relations, monitor performance, and research new vendors
• Ensure safety and security, develop emergency response plans, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage financial reports, inventory, and service documentation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years management experience in facilities or related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with vendors, budgeting, and Microsoft Office suite
