Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties in New York is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our apartment communities. Under the Community Manager, you will ensure responsive service, manage vendors, and uphold high resident satisfaction.

You will walk the property with your team, schedule preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, and document work orders in our property management software. Flexibility, weekend availability, and-on call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
• Proven track record in performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Direct, schedule, and perform maintenance activities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team.
• Communicate assignments and monitor workload to ensure completion.
• Inspect units and manage the make-ready process.
• Review and complete service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Ensure documentation of service requests and preventative maintenance in PM software.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, and notices as needed.
