Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or military training encouraged.
• 3–5+ years of experience in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Show care and concern for residents by timely follow-ups and completing service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover with attention to detail for leasing timelines.
• Preserve building value via preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain building beauty and community safety through upkeep, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Sustain peak efficiency of all property components.
• Adhere to building, county, and safety codes; maintain accident-free operation.
• Work weekends and participate in emergency on-call rotation.
