Mercy Gardens in San Diego, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a 23-unit affordable community. Mercy Gardens, a 23-unit affordable community with on-site services for area individuals who have experienced homelessness in San Diego, CA.

Part Time position (32 hours per week) with FULL TIME health care benefits!
Pay: $28.00 - $29.56

Duties

• Work with Property Manager to ensure that budgets are followed
• Meet unit turnover timelines
• Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure that preventative maintenance and maintenance contracts meet the best possible quality and expense standards.

Minimum Qualifications Of Position

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trade.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
