Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three or more years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Property Manager to ensure budgets are followed.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure preventative maintenance and maintenance contracts meet quality and expense standards.
