The Klein Co is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Luxury Apartment Community in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time, on-site role involves preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and after-hours on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, HVAC/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong teamwork and safety mindset are essential for serving residents and maintaining properties to high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance (residential or commercial).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC/CFC certification required.
• Valid PA/NJ/FL driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Own and maintain a standard set of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy with close attention to detail.
• Handle a wide range of building repairs without reliance on outside vendors unless directed.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Be available for after‑hours and on‑call duties as scheduled.
