Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with emphasis on uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
• Perform and support repairs on equipment as needed.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and resources to support operations.
• Support equipment installation, fabrication, and modifications as needed.
• Coach and develop maintenance colleagues with clear priorities.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure guarding is maintained.
• Collaborate with production to ensure safe, efficient operations.
