Greif is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at our Steel & Poly manufacturing facility in St. Francis, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working alongside a small team, troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and improving equipment reliability. With a team of just 2-3 maintenance colleagues, this manager will be close to the day‑to‑day operation and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance.
This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a hands‑on maintenance leadership role. You'll work closely with a small team and plant operations to keep equipment running reliably, reduce downtime, solve recurring problems, and continuously improve how maintenance gets done.

The pay range for this position is $94,400.00 - $160,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between 94,400.00 to 96,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
