Job summary

Tailored Label Products in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a small team, own the preventive maintenance program, and drive equipment reliability across flexographic presses and finishing equipment.

You will implement 6S, manage CMMS (MaintainX), coordinate with operations, ensure safety, and guide continuous improvement while mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead technician roles.
• Experience with web-fed or similar printing/manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security.
• Experience administering CMMS for PM scheduling and inventory.
• Hands-on with 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage maintenance activities and develop the technician through feedback and data.
• Prioritize breakdowns, projects, and preventive maintenance to keep production running.
• Design, schedule, and maintain the preventive maintenance program using MaintainX.
• Maintain and upgrade major printing and finishing equipment and presses.
• Lead 6S program to maintain an organized, safe workspace.
• Co-lead safety committee; enforce LOTO and PPE protocols.
• Manage building infrastructure: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and security.
• Act as ISO process owner for Facilities & Maintenance; lead audits.
• Oversee facility access, security, and master key system; serve as security contact.
