Calor is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Coryton site to lead a skilled mechanical and electrical team, ensuring safe, reliable operations at a major COMAH facility.

You will drive safety, optimize maintenance planning, and manage budgets while coordinating with contractors and internal engineering projects. The role requires on-site presence in Coryton with a 60-minute response window for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong leader with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Solid background in engineering with exposure to high-hazard sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead a safety-first operation and report monthly on Process Safety KPIs.
• Supervise and allocate work to the maintenance team and contractors.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day site maintenance, including safety-critical equipment and fire systems.
• Manage the SAP/FSM maintenance scheduling system and keep it up-to-date.
• Control the maintenance budget and oversee purchasing and cost centres.
• Support engineering projects and ensure modifications/inspections are integrated into operations.
• Participate in audits and incident management, providing technical advice.
• Take part in Emergency Response duties, including out-of-hours on-call within 60 minutes.
