RMC Resort Management on Hilton Head Island seeks a Lead Technician to keep vacation homes guest-ready by delivering fast, high-quality maintenance outcomes. You’ll lead daily work of maintenance technicians and field staff, turning requests into a clear plan.

From triaging work orders to coordinating vendors and after-hours response, you’ll ensure safety, reliability, and timely turnovers across multiple properties, while providing exceptional guest experiences and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead maintenance professional responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes.
• Lead daily work of maintenance technicians and field staff.
• Coordinate after-hours response and vendor coordination as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review, triage, and assign work orders by safety, urgency, guest impact, and property availability.
• Schedule repairs around inspections, cleaning, and same-day turnovers.
• Equip technicians with property details, materials, and firm completion targets.
• Track open work orders and verify work is completed correctly and on time.
• Escalate staffing needs, repeat failures, delays, and major concerns to management.
• Join a rotating on-call schedule and coordinate after-hours response.
