Job summary

ABB in Ormond Beach, FL is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a 20-person team responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities. You will oversee safety programs, budget, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance schedules, leading RCA, managing the CMMS (FIIX), and mentoring the ABB-sponsored FAME program participants to develop manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets >$1M.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive activities.
• Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety protocols and LOTO procedures.
• Manage and optimize maintenance budgets and resources (20 direct reports).
• Oversee CMMS (FIIX) data integrity and work-order management.
• Lead RCA efforts to reduce MTBF failures and improve MTTR metrics.
