Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of maintenance experience with leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong background in equipment reliability and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA, environmental, quality, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with SAP or comparable CMMS and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and plant performance.
• Partner with Production and Engineering on equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, contractors, and outside service providers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, quality, and applicable manufacturing safety standards.
• Establish maintenance KPIs and drive measurable improvements in operational performance.
