Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead millwrights and electricians to address equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.
• Prioritize daily work based on production and facility requirements.
• Recommend repairs, rebuilds, and improvements to equipment.
• Ensure maintenance is safe, efficient, and compliant with standards.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules with the team.
• Inspect equipment, create work orders, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant engineers on equipment and process improvements.
• Provide training to skilled trades on inspection and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
