Cascade Engineering, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a busy maintenance organization at the WestPlant facility. The role focuses on reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement in an injection-molding environment.

You will manage a team of supervisors and technicians, develop skill plans, and drive maintenance programs aligned with company values and the Triple Bottom Line.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field, or 10+ years of leadership maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance technicians, supervisors, or multi-functional teams.
• Experience supporting plastic injection molding equipment and industrial manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams; knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team, strategy, and systems for Grand Rapids plant.
• Oversee injection molding equipment, tooling, and automated systems.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control issues.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with Plant Management on priorities, budgets, and major projects.
