Job summary

Auria is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Saint Clair, Michigan plant. You will lead daily maintenance activities, coordinate with operations and QA, and drive continuous improvement in safety, cost, and reliability.

Ideal candidates have ≥5 years managing a maintenance department, preferably in a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier environment, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• AS required or journey‑person status; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience managing a Maintenance Department, preferably within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier.
• Strong communication, leadership and planning skills to lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities.
• Communicate with operations to coordinate maintenance and repair in process areas.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure maintenance staff participation in QA policies.
• Drive plant cleanliness and safety programs.
• Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Maintain and update maintenance manuals and training materials.
• Track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and recommend improvements.
