Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Louisville, KY site. You will lead the maintenance and facilities teams, drive a 24/5 operation, and align maintenance programs with safety and environmental goals.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure peak reliability and uptime. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of technical leadership in manufacturing, with strong leadership, budgeting, and KPI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Direct leadership experience.
• 8-10 years in technical leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, maintenance program building, communication, and team building skills.
• Robot/Automation knowledge is preferred.
• Proactive preventative and predictive maintenance experience and results.
• Strategic application of AI tools and technologies to drive business outcomes and improve efficiency.
• Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair.
• Lean Maintenance/Six Sigma/ TPM experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance/facilities team and programs.
• Ensure 24/5 maintenance coverage.
• Develop goals and KPIs to measure team success.
• Exceed OEE goals through proactive maintenance.
• Lead capital projects and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering and operations.
• Advance maintenance techniques with data monitoring and analytics.
• Utilize maintenance software to manage workload.
