Primary responsibility is to function as a Maintenance Manager, with overall responsibility for the site maintenance/facilities team, program, & systems. The Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planning, and Electrical Support System Lead roles report directly to this position. The role will ensure that business objectives are met in the areas of team development, machine uptime, parts inventory, & maintenance program specific KPI's. The role will partner with engineering and operations peers to ensure the plant runs continuously in a 24/5 environment.
