Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Reliability Manager to drive maintenance strategy and improve equipment reliability across our food manufacturing network. You will minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs while expanding asset care programs and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality teams to organize predictive maintenance, perform data analytics, and document manuals, BOMs, drawings and training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance or related engineering discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration, oil, thermography, acoustical, life cycle) and data collection (mean time between failure).
• Conduct data analytics: baseline assessments, rebuild frequency, and asset care strategy development.
• Document manuals, BOMs, drawings, and training.
• Drive process improvements: root cause analysis, FMEA, criticality assessments, and targeted fixes.
