Campbell's is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead maintenance strategy development and reduce downtime across our US operations. You will shape standards, implement programs, and drive life-cycle optimization.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to build robust asset care plans, perform data analytics, and guide continuous improvements. A strong background in manufacturing and reliability engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance or related engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 3+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive maintenance programs including vibration, oil, thermography, acoustical analysis.
• Perform data analytics for baseline equipment and forecasting.
• Develop asset care strategies and document manuals, BOMs, drawings.
• Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and FMEA.
