Job summary

The manager will supervise technicians, hire and train staff, and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• PLC programming experience is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Observes mechanical devices, locates trouble sources, and performs repairs.
• Dismantles devices to access defective parts and replaces them.
• Maintains and repairs production and office equipment and facilities.
• Plans and executes maintenance and special projects within budget and safety guidelines.
• Supervises maintenance technicians and workers, conducts hires and performance reviews.
