Job summary

New England Sheets in Devens, MA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant and equipment maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and manage repairs to electrical, plumbing and hydraulics. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of related experience, with steam boiler knowledge and corrugated industry exposure; post secondary education is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the overall maintenance program and PM schedules.
• Supervise maintenance crews across mechanical, fabrication, plumbing and welding tasks.
• Participate in safety committee and ensure plant safety compliance.
• Schedule fault-finding, testing, replacements, and electrical services.
• Interpret specifications and drawings to plan timely maintenance projects.
• Maintain reports on maintenance activities and improve efficiency.
• Oversee budget, purchasing, and parts inventory for MP-2 items.
