Lake Air Products is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team across its Twin Cities plants, driving preventive maintenance and equipment reliability. The role requires leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with production teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with PM programs, electrical/hydraulic systems, and safety standards including ISO/QMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs.
• Knowledge of metal stamping or fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a preventative maintenance program for all Lake Air plants.
• Supervise the Maintenance Technician and coordinate maintenance activities across locations.
• Manage capital purchases and external vendors, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and ISO/QMS procedures; inspect work for conformance to blueprints and standards.
• Mentor and direct maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
