Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–4 years of experience may offset education.
• Experience at a commercial or multi-unit residential property.
• Preferred HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Operations Manager or Supervisor in daily maintenance for a multi-unit residential property.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
• Repair and maintain machinery, boilers, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.
