Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-complexity multi-unit residential property in Mesa, AZ. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operation of building systems.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and liaison with contractors. Strong English communication and 3–4 years of related experience are required; a HS diploma/GED is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Must communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Performs carpentry tasks such as doors, jambs, moldings, and painting.
• Performs electrical duties: lighting, wiring, and circuits.
• Performs plumbing duties: unclogging, fittings, pipes.
• Interacts with contractors, secures bids, and coordinates services.
