Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading maintenance teams in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting background.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance safety culture and enforce safe work practices.
• Utilize LEAN manufacturing experience to drive strategic plan and support LEAN methodologies.
• Drive asset reliability programs and processes to support operations objectives.
• Prepare and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, shutdowns, and ROI targets.
• Engage and develop employees for personal and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with Cascades' business processes in the plant.
• Support and lead maintenance team KPIs and quality of work.
• Communicate, lead, and support plans to achieve production targets.
