Job summary

Cascades is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Reliability Specialist in Warrenton, MO. You’ll own mechanical and electrical integrity, drive planned work to prevent breakdowns, and define standards for defect handling and breakdown elimination.

Qualifications

Five years of relevant experience in maintenance reliability.
Experience with maintenance processes and planned work.
Lean Manufacturing principles knowledge.
Coaching teams and navigating complex situations.
Ability to monitor and improve KPIs.

Responsibilities

Define standard processes and tools to handle defects (DH) and ensure proper execution to improve reliability.
Execute on standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) minor and major issues.
Monitor repair paths and communicate priorities to the team.
Follow up with operators to ensure defects are handled properly.
Determine planned maintenance needs and prioritize work orders.
Update the planned maintenance system using real data analysis.
Coach operators on defect handling and Breakdown Elimination.
Support Maintenance Supervisor in building team skills and standards.
