Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in a management-level role.
• Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate personnel and activities of the maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fabrication, and related areas.
• Lead by communication and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee productivity of the Maintenance team and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support through training and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety practices and maintain good team relations.
• Supervise daily work schedules and manage PM, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
