Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution with maintenance focus.
Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment.
Knowledge of CMMS and ability to export data and create analyses.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve safety issues and follow industrial safety practices.
Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety regulations.
Lead RCA teams and drive problem-solving projects for asset reliability.
Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Manage maintenance logs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure program consistency.
Support continuous improvement to improve OEE and reduce scrap and waste.
