Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment readiness and maintenance for plant operations. You will plan, perform, and document preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, oversee spares, and support continuous equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven mechanical & electrical aptitude.
• Experience with PLCs and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.
• Attend to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and oversee repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Monitor production equipment for proper operation through routine inspections.
• Maintain documentation for production equipment and parts replacements.
