Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee interior/exterior upkeep for a multi-family community. The role emphasizes safety, property condition, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating grounds services, and preparing units for new residents, while maintaining OSHA compliance and a predictable availability to residents and management.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications, plus CPO certification.
• Ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance staff and conduct appraisals.
• Maintain safe, attractive community by regular repairs and grounds upkeep.
• Inspect grounds, coordinate lawn and outdoor services with vendors.
• Create and maintain Community Compliance Manual.
• Respond to repair requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure safe disposal of trash and maintain safe areas.
