Job summary

Olin McIntosh Operations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, efficiency, and team development. This role sits on the Site Leadership Team and drives workforce accountability, productivity, and resource planning in alignment with site objectives.

The incumbent will oversee maintenance of the McIntosh facility, ensuring alignment with production goals, budgets, safety, and environmental objectives, while managing personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience in maintenance/operations.
• Experience developing maintenance work processes and operating systems in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong EH&S practices and safety engagement.
• Oversee contractor performance to meet safety and operational standards.
• Implement preventative/predictive maintenance programs with engineering staff.
• Plan and implement new methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Lead performance management for maintenance staff and mentor teams.
• Resolve maintenance and operating issues with management input.
• Develop and supervise maintenance department personnel.
• Lead RCAs for Maintenance and EH&S topics.
