Hudbay is seeking a Maintenance Manager – Fixed Plant Equipment to provide leadership for all fixed plant maintenance across Copper World facilities. The role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations through planning, scheduling, and asset care programs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Metallurgy, Reliability, Process Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Readiness teams to optimize plant availability and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industrial operations.
• Minimum 10 years supporting large mineral processing facilities.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership positions.

Aufgaben

• Lead fixed plant maintenance across crushing, grinding, flotation, filtration, tailings, water and utilities.
• Develop maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance and shutdown strategies.
• Lead major plant shutdowns, turnarounds and outage activities.
• Coordinate OEM support, contractors and technical service providers.
• Support operational readiness assessments and audits.
