Job summary

Sysco seeks a Director of Facility and Fleet Maintenance to implement corporate maintenance programs across a broad geographic region. You will oversee buildings, assets, and maintenance of automated handling systems, while leading a team of Fleet and Facility Managers.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as extensive CMMS experience and travel up to 50% across the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Tech, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction) is required.
• Graduate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree; 7+ years in facility and/or fleet maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance programs for a multi-site portfolio across the globe.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, utilities, and site improvements.
• Manage automated material handling systems (AS/RS) and fleet equipment.
• Lead and develop 30+ Fleet and Facility Managers; partner with VP Operations/GM.
• Roll out CMMS and integrate with other Sysco applications; ensure data-driven metrics.
