The role supports the Vice President of Housing Operations and collaborates with contractors, IT teams, and PSL leadership to drive preventative maintenance, safety, and efficiency across communities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires valid PA Driver’s License.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and collaborative support to PSL HMC communities for maintenance and service operations.
• Supports environmental services, policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine community visits and audits of maintenance programs.
• Maintains and improves preventative maintenance programs.
• Performs inspections and surveys of maintenance teams to share best practices.
• Manages construction projects with contractors, project managers, and PSL leadership.
• Coordinates with partners to obtain required regulatory licenses and inspections.
• Evaluates project costs and supply metrics to support development and decision making.
• Supports IT infrastructure acquisition and integration within communities.
