Qualifications include a high school diploma with technical certification preferred and 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience. This role supports safety, compliance, and community operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
