Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical industrial maintenance experience.
• At least five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, including leading maintenance employees or coordinating a maintenance team.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; reading equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities; assign priorities and coordinate planned shutdowns and emergency coverage with Operations.
• Coach and cross-train employees and develop team skills; support HR on staffing and evaluations.
