Job summary

Central Moloney, a transformer manufacturing leader in Arkansas, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee union trades, drive reliability, and guide maintenance strategies. You will lead technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective actions, and align with Operations to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment, and ensuring safety compliance in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of union electricians and mechanics to ensure maintenance coverage and reliability.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PCM).
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance work with Operations to minimize production disruption.
• Provide technical leadership for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues; collaborate with internal/external resources.
