Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Transformer manufacturing facility in Pine Bluff, AR. The role leads a union skilled-trades team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Safety.

The position emphasizes preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a union environment, with strong emphasis on safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising electricians, mechanics, millwrights, or other industrial maintenance trades in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, develop, and provide day-to-day direction to a team of union electricians and mechanics, ensuring coverage and accountability.
• Build structure and training within the maintenance team to develop technicians’ skills.
• Drive equipment uptime and reliability by identifying recurring failures and leading root-cause analysis.
